Accea v0.2.0 Public and Patreon releases.

Update Details:

- Greatly optimizes of the game performance and UI remake

- Current update main focus: Optimizing game and introducing various mechanics, which will be a base for future explorable contents.

New Content:

1. Story Prologue has finally finished!

2. New 3 Scenes ( 1 Public and 2 Patreon only ) + 1 Extended Scene

-Ka'nu Favor scene has been extended! Check out the new stuff by rewatching in game.

-A new scene: Plant Trap has been added for public release!

3. New Character Introduction: B'/Bakkeri

B'/Bakkeri, A Green Dragon Nature/Light elemental typings, He spends time studying past historical events, the connection between Accea and the Lentera(s), his abilities as a "chosen guide" will greatly aid Rave's journey in defeating the Ashen horde. Among the trio (Krosch/Rave/B'), B' provides various buffs for team thus enhances the team survivability.

4. More Language options.

-As I mentioned from previous Developer Note #1, We have added some language translations!

-For the first translated languages in this version, we have added: Simplified Chinese, Espanol, France, Germany, Italy, and Bahasa!

5. UI Update

-The UI is completely got reworked as result of game optimization. As a note we still optimizing the game performance if future changes are needed.

-Character UI, as gathering suggestions, now you can adjust party team member stat distributions (the rest functions are still under development), we aim for further team member build variations in future.

-Skill UI, improved skill UI, thus, all skills now are showing the real base damage value based on skill level.

6. Quick Slots

-Now you can assign consumable items to quick slots, you can put items up to 8 items that you can carry in a battle. To assign item to quickslots, just pick an item and assign the item into the quickslot in item description panel.

-Then you can switch into your quick item lists by clicking the "Items" button in battle.

7. Weight System

-Yes, now you can get overencumbered if you carry too much items, you can increase your carry limit by increasing STR point.

8. Day Night System

-We have added Day Night system, it will be fun mechanics in future plan but sadly there is nothing more to explore than just Day and Night for now. We plans like adding events that only occurs at Day or Night time.

-You can get exhausted if you didnt sleep before midnight, if you get exhausted, all your HP, MP, and Stamina, are dropped to 1

-If you choose to take rest, the time will set to 6AM

9. Cooking System

-Now you can perform cooking whenever there are campfires or kitchen.

-To perform cooking, you need to learn a "Cooking" skill that you can upgrade from your Utility skill page.

-Upon you learned a Cooking skill, you can access cooking skill by interacting a campfire or kitchen to perform cooking.

-HOWEVER, to cook something, you need to collect RECIPES! If you dont have recipes, you can't cook any. (Do not trash those recipes!)

-Beside recipes, ingredients to perform cooking action are required too.

10. Now Rave can swim (of course he should be able to he is a FISH)

11. Shop System

-Now you can either Buy and Sell items in shop!

-Shop can be accesible inside the Tavern

1. Save Load UI has been optimized, upon saving file, now it will take screenshot and timestamps. You can rename the filename too.

2. Added in game Walktrough for those who confused. here

3. Added new skill: Scouting, It reveals target elemental typings, expose their weaknesses, reducing their def, and during the debuff time, target loses their immunity typings. A perfect skill for those who confused about mob elemental typings. This skill is automatically learned from starting a new game (For old save files, sorry im still trying to apply it without causing a new bug to appear)


2. Added "Dark Bolt" skill to Krosch, and now Krosch has his weapon equipped (Only applicable if you begin a new game)

3. Some skills has been adjusted:

- Bubble Slash, base damage 16 -> 21

- Double Slash, base damage 17 -> 23

- Pound, base damage 7 -> 17

- Water Ball, base damage 14 -> 19

- Chop Attack, base damage 11 -> 18

- Barrage Punch, base damage 17 -> 28

- Pierce Throw, base damage 15 -> 25

- Dark Bolt, cooldown 3 -> 5

- Water Heal, cooldown 2 -> 5

4. Adjusting AGI calculation towards Evasion rate and movement bonus speed.

- Dodge Chance, 1 Point AGI increases 0.4% -> 0.2% Dodge Chance

- Overworld Character Movement bonus speed, 1 Point AGI bonus speed 1 -> 1.2

Next Update Aim (Estimated 3 months from now):

-I plan to focus on game stories for the next update, it will take a lot of time please be patient as im (Xer) mostly doing the whole game project. Expect rich of stories for next update, We are entering the first Chapter soon.

-IF you see the current update was too short its because im focused on building the base of game mechanics and optimization. Once the base was built, it will be much easier to explore wider and chalenging gameplay.
